The Dutch Waltz is a beginners dance (UK Level 2; US Preliminary level). IT is skated in the Kilian position, and only contains forward moves. Music: 3/4 time, 138 beats per minute. Invented by George Muller. The dance was first performed at the Broadmoor Ice Palace in Colorado Springs in 1948.
